This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
You agree that, by entering into this Privacy Policy, you and Solotime Products LLC (DBA: Ownership Academy LLC) are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of this Privacy Policy.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
