Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for our products and services, including online courses, memberships, books, coaching services, workshops, and consulting services.

1. Refund Eligibility

a. Online Courses

- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for any online course.

- To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed no more than 20% of the course content.

- Refunds will not be provided if more than 20% of the course has been accessed.

- We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of this policy, including but not limited to repeated refund requests or attempts to download or copy course materials.

b. Membership to Ownership Academy Online Learning Community

- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial membership purchase.

- After 14 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.

- Refunds are not available for subsequent subscription renewals; however, you can cancel future renewals at any time.

- Cancellation of membership will result in immediate loss of access to membership benefits.

c. Books (e.g., "Ownership Unlocked")

- Refunds for books purchased directly from Ownership Academy LLC are available within 14 days of purchase if the book is returned in new, unused condition.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price for returned books.

d. Coaching and Consulting Services, Including Workshops

- Refunds for one-on-one coaching, consulting services, or workshops are only available if requested within 14 days of purchase and if the service has not yet been rendered.

- Once a coaching session, consulting engagement, or workshop has begun, the fees are non-refundable.

- Rescheduling of sessions is subject to our Rescheduling Policy and may incur additional fees.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

- Include your order number, the product or service you are seeking a refund for, and the reason for the refund request.

- All refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.

- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

- Any taxes, duties, or other charges that may have been applicable to the original purchase are not refundable.


4. Non-Refundable Items

- Digital downloads or materials associated with online courses once accessed or downloaded.

- Any courses, memberships, books, coaching, or consulting services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

- Services that have been fully or partially delivered.

- Custom or personalized products or services.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or suspend or terminate accounts of users who we determine, in our sole discretion, are abusing our refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same or similar products or services.

- Sharing or distributing course materials or content in violation of our Terms of Service.

- Providing false or misleading information in refund requests.

6. Cancellation of Services

Cancellation of any ongoing services (such as memberships or recurring coaching sessions) must be made in writing to support@ownershipacademy.com. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration clauses outlined in our Terms of Service.
